Frank was born Franklin W. Welker on February 16, 1945. He grew up with his brother Norman, in Denver, Colorado. Naturally, he became his grade school's class clown! Frank began his career as a stand-up comic in 1967, and opened for many famous musical acts, including Sonny & Cher and
Diana Ross. Human, machine or animal, Frank's vocal talent has no limits!

Obviously, since then Frank has been tirelessly working on hundreds of awesome characters and sounds that make him the most valuable man in voice acting!
